Solar Co., Ltd. has announced that it has, under the supervision of its
ECPM contractor Fluor, completed six million safe work hours on its
15,000 tonnes per annum polysilicon project. As the company enters its
piping and equipment installation phase, the workforce is more than
doubling on the project.
"We are very excited to have logged six million safe work hours," said Nick Sarno, Senior VP of Manufacturing and Project Manager at LDK Solar. "We believe this outstanding achievement is a testament to our dedication and commitment to safety, coupled with our drive to execute our plans on time.”
