San Jose is set to approve $200,000 in equipment and training funds to lure another solar company to the growing clean-technology business park in the Edenvale district of South San Jose.SVTC Technologies will move into an 87,000-square-foot building where the company will build a photovoltaic solar-cell manufacturing line. The facility will allow other companies to come in to test various ideas and prototypes. SVTC will provide the equipment and engineering services.
