Trina Solar announces management appointments and CFO resignation
31 January 2008
Sean Shao has tendered his resignation from the post of CFO of Trina
Solar to pursue other interests, it was announced by CEO Jifan Gao
(pictured) today. His resignation comes into effect on March 31st,
2008, and he will be replaced in the post of CFO on that date by Terry
Wang, who has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Finance.

Motech Industries, Inc. has announced the replacement for Leo Cheng,
former Chairman and President, who tendered his resignation from the
posts for personal health reasons. Stepping into the new vacancy is
Simon Tsuo (pictured), Director of the Board and CEO of Motech Solar
Electricity Division. The role handover came into effect on January
10th, 2008.

Jeff Winzeler has been named as successor to the role of CFO for the
company, a position previously held by Glenn Carnahan. Winzeler departs
the company’s franchise operation Yes! Solar, Inc., where he held the
