Two Executive Sales appointments for ICP Solar

ICP Solar has named two new additions to its business development team.
Pascal Petit has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Sales
for the EMEA-Pacific region, while Stuart White joins the company as
Sales Manager for the same region.

Jubran Whalan (pictured) is to oversee Business Development, while Bob
Grier has been appointed Senior VP of Engineering, Procurement and

Dr. Immo Kötschau has joined centrotherm photovoltaics AG as Director
of Research and Development for the company’s new R&D center in
Blaubeuren, Germany. He joins the company from the Hahn-Meitner
Institute (HMI) in Berlin, where he worked on thin-film process
development.

Sean Shao has tendered his resignation from the post of CFO of Trina
Solar to pursue other interests, it was announced by CEO Jifan Gao
(pictured) today. His resignation comes into effect on March 31st,
2008, and he will be replaced in the post of CFO on that date by Terry
Wang, who has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Finance.

Motech Industries, Inc. has announced the replacement for Leo Cheng,
former Chairman and President, who tendered his resignation from the
posts for personal health reasons. Stepping into the new vacancy is
Simon Tsuo (pictured), Director of the Board and CEO of Motech Solar
Electricity Division. The role handover came into effect on January
10th, 2008.
