T. J. Glauthier joins EPV Solar’s Board

Financial advisor and management consultant T. J. Glauthier (pictured) has been appointed to EPV Solar’s Board of Directors, bringing years of experience in the energy industry to the role. Currently serving as President of TLG Energy Associates, LLC, Glauthier was Deputy Secretary and COO of the U.S. Department of Energy from 1999 to 2001.

of Research and Development for the company’s new R&D center in

development.

Sean Shao has tendered his resignation from the post of CFO of Trina
Solar to pursue other interests, it was announced by CEO Jifan Gao
(pictured) today. His resignation comes into effect on March 31st,
2008, and he will be replaced in the post of CFO on that date by Terry
Wang, who has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Finance.
