SunEdison
has added a non-executive, independent board member to its executive
team in the form of Reed Hundt, former Federal Communications
Commission Chairman. Mr. Hundt, currently serving as senior advisor for
McKinsey & Company, also serves on the board of directors of Intel
Corporation, Infinera, and Data Domain, among other companies.
Mr. Hundt has a B.A. in history from Yale College and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
“Reed’s commitment to join the SunEdison board of directors is an honor,” noted David Buzby, SunEdison CEO and Chairman of the Board. “His national regulatory leadership, his expertise in corporate governance and his passion for contributing to a more independent energy policy in the United States will all be very valuable to us.
