Greentech Media, Inc., an Internet media and research firm, has announced the addition of new analysts to its team. These include Shyam Mehta, Roger Nauth, Silvia Christel and Daniel Englander.

Shyam Mehta was previously a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs Global Investment Research looking after equities in the alternative energy sector with a primary focus on solar companies. Roger Nauth was formerly with Accenture Global Strategy Practice as a senior consultant for different industries including the energy and financial sectors. He was also manager at Forrester Research before Accenture Global.

Silvia Christel is to be based in the Munich, Germany office and will be responsible for the European renewable energy market development focusing on the solar industry specifically. She received a degree in economic geography from the University of Munich.

Daniel Englander has been promoted to Senior Energy Analyst and has a background in the utility sector of renewable energy economics. He currently is the assistant editor of PV News and author of Greentech’s “Future of Ocean Power” research report.
