Motech Industries, Inc. has announced the replacement
for Leo Cheng, former Chairman and President, who tendered his
resignation from the posts for personal health reasons. Stepping into
the new vacancy is Simon Tsuo (pictured), Director of the Board and CEO
of Motech Solar Electricity Division. The role handover came into
effect on January 10th, 2008.
