SunEdison’s directorial structure has received
alterations, with the announcement that the company’s independent
outside Director David Buzby (pictured) has taken the role of
non-executive independent Chairman. In his stead, Gerald Luterman
takes the role of independent outside Director.
David Buzby has been on SunEdison’s Board of
Directors since 2003, and since 1988 has been investing in and
operating businesses. He has, in the past, held roles such as Director
at Prevalent Power, Vice Chairman and CFO at Best Internet, and CEO of
Resource Holdings. he is currently Lead Director at ValueClick and a
Board member of Xunlight.
Mr. Luterman, formerly Executive VP and CFO for KeySpan, has also served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Arrow Electronics. He is currently on the Boards of IKON Office Solutions, U.S. Shipping Partners L.P., and has worked in financial roles with companies such as American Express and Emerson Electric.
SunEdison LLC is a solar energy provider based in Maryland, USA.
