Cleantech
America has named Mark Stout as Director of its Renewable Technology
Planning sector, with responsibility for sourcing and determining the
suitability of sites for establishment of further renewable energy
projects.
Mark has been with Cleantech America since 2006, and has aided the company in gaining California Public Utilities Commission Approval for its CalRENEW-1 project with PG&E. He is also involved in helping the company reach its aim of creating 30,000 green collar jobs. He serves on the Board of the Central Valley Business Incubator and is the Chair for the Innovative Energy Cluster of the Fresno Regional Jobs Initiative.
Mr. Stout has a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana and a Master’s degree in energy and resources from the University of California at Berkeley.
