Christoph Löhrke has joined Conergy AG as head of
Investor Relations, effective immediately. A much-experienced
economist, Löhrke joins the company from HUGO BOSS AG, where he also
held the role of head of Investor Relations. His role with Conergy
will see him take on responsibility for the company’s capital markets
communications, reporting to company CFO Dr. Jörg Spiekerkötter
(pictured).
The company also announced the appointment of Bettina
von Franqué to the company, whose role will be to support Mr. Löhrke.
Ms. von Franqué joins the company from Volkswagen AG. Christoph Marx,
formerly of Conergy’s corporate communications, will also support Mr.
Löhrke in his new role.
