formerly of Iberdrola Renewables, Inc., to the roles of Vice President
and General Counsel. Mr. Kaufman brings over 20 years of legal
experience in the energy industry to the role.
His role as VP and General Counsel at Iberdrola Renewables, Inc. (formerly PPM Energy, Inc.) was preceded by roles with PPM in financing, mergers and acquisitions and project development. Prior to joining PPM, he worked with companies such as Tonkon Torp, LLP, Ater Wynne LLP, and Enron Corp. He has a B.Sc. from Cornell University and a J.D. from Lewis & Clark College, Northwestern School of Law.
