Satcon Technology Corp. won a contract to provide solar power
technology for the Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority
solar project.Boston, Mass.-based Satcon will provide 500 kilowatt
high-efficiency power inverters for the Atlantic City Convention
Center's 2.36 megawatt, 13,000 solar panel project. The inverters
convert solar energy collected from the panels from DC to AC current,
and connect the system to the power grid.
