British Columbia-based Day4 Energy has obtained a patent from China for its electrode solar technology. The Chinese patent adds to the company's growing intellectual property protection registration which includes the European Union, the U.S., India and Mexico.The technology sets aside old soldering methods to produce solar panels. In improving the connection between photovoltaic cells, the solar electric products it manufactures have higher performance, longer life, better looks and are more affordable.
