Private equity fund Enfinity has awarded a contract
to construct five photovoltaic solar parks in various Spanish locations
to Martifier Solar, a subsidiary of the Martifier Group. With
construction of the parks beginning in December this year, the five
parks are expected to be completed in summer 2008.
Martifier Solar signed the contract, worth €51.6
million, and assumes responsibility for all project development and
equipment supply for the project. The five parks are to be installed in
Ciudad Real, Albacete, Guadalajara and Seville, boasting a capacity of
8MW in total for the entire project.
