Arizona must diversify its economy so the housing market slumps won't spur future downturns, Gov. Janet Napolitano said Thursday in Paradise Valley."Housing is cyclical," Napolitano said. "It will always have its ups and downs. And as a growing state, we want to have a vital and vibrant housing industry, but we're going to have to have some other things, too and we're going to have to work to support those sorts of things."
