3S Group appoints new CFO

Following the departure of former CFO Frank Rosenbusch, Philipp Flückiger has been named as the CFO of 3S Group with immediate effect. Taking responsibility for the Group’s financial management and reporting, Mr. Flückiger has also been appointed a member of the Executive management team.

Prior to joining 3S Industries AG as Head of Finance and Controlling earlier this year, Flückiger worked with KPMG in audit services for over six years and acted as Head of Finance and member of the Management team of Afag Automation AG for three years. He is a certified accountant and a graduate of the Advanced Business Administration School (HWV).

Frank Rosenbusch, the previous CFO, leaves the company. The Board of Directors and the Executive Management thank Frank Rosenbusch for his contribution to 3S Group’s dynamic development of the past years.
