A new supply deal for CNPV Solar Power’s c-Si modules has been signed with German-based project developer Galip Solar. The new supply deal will see CNPV ship 10MW in 2010, 20MW in 2011 and 30MW in 2012. Galip Solar has c-Si module supply partners in the form of Trina Solar, Suntech and Sharp as well as thin film dealings with First Solar.
"We consider this as a continuation of our good relationship with CNPV to bring their high quality modules and premium service to our customers across central Germany," commented Mr. Alexander Galip, CEO of Galip Solar.
CNPV executives noted that the new contract with Galip Solar was expected to grow new projects in solar markets in, Africa and Turkey as well as key markets such as Germany.
