Novagen Solar, Inc. has acquired Canadian company Novagen Solar (Canada) Ltd., thus securing exclusive rights to sell the company’s RSi line of products in Canada. The deal is exclusive only to sales in Canada, and will allow Novagen Solar, Inc. to sell products such as the SuperPV power enhancer and the DSO BIPV Window.
“This acquisition will enable us to aggressively enter the solar market with a comprehensive portfolio of forward-looking products”, commented Thomas Mills, CEO of Novagen Solar, Inc. “…We will be uniquely positioned to provide a variety of photovoltaic energy solutions to our customers, particularly in the Province of Ontario, which has the highest feed-in-tariff rates in North America.”
