A Bermuda-based consulting firm has led to the securing of an order for 8.5MW of solar modules for Evolution Solar. The purchase order from an unnamed international customer for the monocrystalline modules resulted from introductions made by Beacon, the consulting firm brought on board by Evolution Solar, which looks set to open the Bermuda market for Evolution.
The transaction will be completed by the end of the year with panel delivery within 90 days.
“I’m excited about this panel sale to our international clients, knowing that this is the first of many transactions,” said Robert Hines, president of Evolution Solar. “Our solar technologies lend themselves to numerous applications, regardless of where the site sits on the globe.”
