China-based photovoltaics manufacturer Shenzhen Topray Solar will start ramping a new 15MW crystalline solar cell line by the end of June 2009 in Leshan Photovoltaic Industry Park, China. The company is also installing and readying production of a 25MW a-Si thin film line in Shenzhen Guangming Industry Park, with trial production also set for June.
