Amjad Bseisu joins Enviromena Power Systems board of directors

Amjad Bseisu, CEO of EnQuest PLC, has accepted the position as chairman of the board of directors for Enviromena Power Systems. The appointment is effective immediately. Bseisu is credited with leading EnQuest through dual public listings in London and Stockholm this past March and making EnQuest a constituent on the FTSE 250 Index. Bseisu is also credited as being a co-founder of Petrofac prior to EnQuest.

"The potential for solar power in the Middle East and North Africa is compelling. As a market leader in this sector, Enviromena is well positioned to capitalize on the growth of this industry,” Bseisu commented. "I have confidence in the management team and commend the rapid expansion of the company to date. I also look forward to working with the Board and Management team to continue Enviromena's expansion plans across the region and lead the company further into the next stages of development."
