Amonix names new CFO and adds two members to board

CPV company Amonix has added Patrick McCullough as company CFO, while also adding Matthew Ryan and Michael Skelly to the company board as independent directors. Patrick McCullough brings over 15 years’ experience in corporate finance to the role, garnered from several global Fortune 500 companies.

McCullough’s past roles include his most recent post as CFO and senior VP of IMI Severe Service Division, and as Division CFO at two divisions of Johns Manville. He also served as CFO of a billion-dollar U.S.-Chinese joint venture in Shanghai. He has a B.S. in mechanical engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

The company’s new independent directors join current members Vahan Garboushian, founder of Amonix; Brian Robertson, CEO; Mark Cirilli, MissionPoint Capital Partners; Ben Kortlang, Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers; and Zeb Rice, Angeleno Group.

Matthew Ryan, CEVA Logistics’ Americas president, having joined the company as COO in 2009. He brings 30 years’ experience in the dynamic global electronics manufacturing and distribution industry, which includes 15 years with Flextronics International where he was responsible for the running of end-to-end contract manufacturing and logistics operations.

Michael Skelly, who has also taken a seat on the Amonix board, is founder and president of Clean Line Energy Partners, an independent developer of high-voltage, long haul transmission lines. Prior to this role, he spearheaded the development of Horizon Wind Energy to a leadership position in the U.S. wind industry. He also gained experience in developing thermal, hydroelectric, biomass, and wind energy projects in Central America Energia Global.
