Board Member Dr. Fengming Zhang resigns from China Sunergy

The solar cell manufacturer, China Sunergy Co., Ltd. has announced Dr. Fengming Zhang has resigned from the company as VP of Manufacturing Technology and Director of the Board. China Sunergy has already begun searching for candidates to fill both of Zhang’s vacated positions.

Director and CEO of China Sunergy, Dr. Ruennsheng Allen Wang said, "Since joining China Sunergy in 2004 as one of the founders, Dr. Zhang has made significant contributions to the technological developments of our company and has provided valuable guidance as a Board member. We appreciated Dr. Zhang's contributions and dedication to China Sunergy over the years.”
