CENTROSOLAR and Econcern changing plans

Dutch-owned Econcern has sold 30% of its stakes in a joint venture with CENTROSOLAR, while also renewing its contract with Ubbink Solar Modules BV (USM), a division in CENTROSOLAR founded in 2005 as an energy supplier based in the Netherlands.

In the new agreement, the division of Econcern known as Ecostream will continue to supply solar modules for a competitive European market. The agreement stating shares are sold for cash and a preferential customer is closed, which implies a strong relationship in the future of CENTROSOLAR and Ecostream.
