China Sunergy to supply Korean market in 35MW framework deal

In a new 35MW framework agreement with Taiwanese company Global Service LTM. L.L.C. (GSL), China Sunergy Co., Ltd. has signed up to a 35MW solar photovoltaic products framework agreement, of which 5MW constitutes a solar products sales contract. GSL will supply the 5MW of unspecified 'products' to a customer in Korea, with the framework in place for a further 30MW of products.

China Sunergy will supply the 5MW of solar products to GSL from March to December 2009 under the terms of a signed sales contract. Any further sales within the 35MW total framework agreement will be determined from the perspective of product type, cost, volume and quantity.
