Colexon makes company board changes

Colexon Energy has made some company board changes, including the appointment of Tom Glæsner Larsen as a member of the Management Board and the resignation of Dr. Alexandra von Bernstorff from the Supervisory Board.

To take on this role, Larsen resigns as a member of the company's Supervisory Board. As a new member of the Management Board Larsen will have responsibility for the power plant operations of Colexon. Larsen joins Thorsten Preugschas (CEO) and Henrik Christiansen (CFO), the other two members of the management board at Colexon.

Previously, Larsen was the CEO of Renewagy A/S, which recently was taken over by Colexon.

Dr. Alexandra von Bernstorff resigned from her function as a Supervisory Board member due to reasons of corporate governance.
