DelSolar to be dissolved after merger with NSP

  • Taiwan-based solar cell producer, Neo Solar Power has said that after the merger with DelSolar has been completed the sole remaining entity will be Neo Solar Power Corporation.

Taiwan-based solar cell producer, Neo Solar Power has said that after the merger with DelSolar has been completed the sole remaining entity will be Neo Solar Power Corporation.

It was previously announced that Delta Electronics, which is DelSolar’s largest shareholder, would become the largest shareholder in the new company, taking a 17% stake.

NSP also said in a TWSE statement that after the all the assets and liabilities as well as rights and obligations of DelSolar will be assumed by NSP. 

Update

The merger is expected to be completed in May-June,2013 according to reports.
