Deutsche Bank completes €70 million refinancing of four PV power parks

Deutsche Bank has completed the €70 million long-term refinancing of four 8.3MW PV power parks on the island of Mallorca, Spain.

The project, which benefits from the old Spanish tariff regime, was developed by DEE Deutsche Erneuerbare Energien GmbH, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank, and was bridge-financed during its construction. Deutsche Bank has previously invested in upwards of 30 projects in the renewable energy sector.
