Yingli Solar was responsible for the design, construction and connection of the plant, which is expected to generate 202,000kWh of electricity per year – equaling out to the amount of energy used monthly in 670 Chinese homes.
The installation, which covers 0.21 hectares on top of the facility, is comprised of Yingli’s PANDA monocrystalline panels.
Yiyu Wang, chief financial officer of Yingli Solar, said: “Yingli’s collaboration with DuPont is driving key advancements in photovoltaic technology. We value our strong relationships with top suppliers such as DuPont, and will continue to work closely with these partners moving forward to improve the performance and accessibility of solar power.”
