Enel Green Power and Sharp solar could be penalised for Altomonte acquisition

AGCM has opened proceedings against Enel Green Power and Sharp solar.

The Italian antitrust authority, AGCM, has opened proceedings against Enel Green Power and Sharp solar. It claims they failed to inform the authorities prior to closing a deal for the acquisition of Altomonte FV.

The turnover from this joint venture could be penalised by 1%.

The 5MW system was completed last year.
