Enphase Energy advised that it had closed its public offering of 10,315,151 shares of its common stock, at the price of US$6 per share. The deal brought in gross proceeds of nearly US$61.9 million. Enphase noted that 1,345,454 shares of common stock were sold under the over-allotment option given by the company to the underwriters, which was exercised in full. Enphase anticipates that the net proceeds from the shares, after underwriter discounts and other offering expenses payable by the company, will be nearly US$54.6 million.
