Evergreen Solar fills new VP of Operations role

Former operations consultant at Teradyne Rodolfo Archbold (pictured) has stepped in to fill the newly created post of Vice President of Operations for Evergreen Solar, Inc.  The new role will see Mr. Archbold supervising the company’s factory operations and carrying out the company’s manufacturing expansion strategy. 

Prior to his time with Teradyne, Mr. Archbold held roles including Vice President of Technology and Business Development for NYPRO; executive Vice President at Manufacturers’ Services Limited; and director of Hewlett-Packard/Digital Equipment Corporation’s mid-range system products.  He has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Puerto Rico and an M.B.A. from New York University.
