Solar module installations in Germany rebounded significantly in September, according to the latest figures from the German Federal Network Agency.
September installations topped 980.829MWp, up from only 329MWp in August, bringing total PV installations in the country this year to 6.22GW.
The growth rate remains much higher than what the German government has wanted, which has been an annual figure of around 2GW. Germany has now reached a cumulative installed figure of over 31GW.
Installation data used to amend the FiT rates means that a 2.5% cut each month through to the end of the year is expected.
