German renewables operator acquires two French solar parks

German-based renewables operator, Capital Stage has finalised an agreement with developer, Solairedirect to acquire two solar parks in the southwest of France.

The two plants total 16MW, one is 9.2MW and the other 6.8MW.

Both are expected to be operational by the end of this year with project development and financial close complete. The projects have also secured a feed-in tariff.

Capital Stage now has a solar portfolio of 90MW in France, which it has acquired in about six months.
