Sungrow’s first 99% peak efficiency string inverter, the SG60KTL was launched at SNEC in Shanghai in 2014.

Well know for its central inverter range in Asia, notably China, Sungrow is also showcasing its SG500/630MX and SG2500-MV central inverters for utility-scale PV projects.

The SG2500-MV is a 20-foot container solution with a total capacity of 2.5MW. The turnkey system solution is said to be able to provide high power yield with 4MPPT design.

“With our scientific background and the reliable performance of our inverters we have won the trust of customers around the globe, and currently have approximately 12GW of inverters installed worldwide,” noted Renxian Cao, founder and CEO of Sungrow. “We have a firm determination to explore Europe and other global markets and have achieved great results so far.”

Sungrow recently reported 2014 financial results, which highlighted PV inverter shipments outside China had increased around 45.5% to 426MW, up from shipments of 293MW in the previous year.
