Intersolar EU: Targray to launch new aluminium paste for passivated rear contacts

Targray Technology has chosen Intersolar Europe as the platform upon which to launch its new aluminium pastes, the M7 range, which is designed for rear-side passivated and locally contacted solar cells. The paste, suited to PERC- and PERL-based manufacturing technologies, is designed for use on passivated surfaces in mono- and multicrystalline silicon solar cells.

The paste was developed by Giga Solar Materials Corporation with the aim of increasing adhesive properties and maximizing cell efficiency. Targray will be exhibiting its new paste in Hall A5, booth 288.
