Intersolar NA: SolarWorld launches Suntrac tracker system

SolarWorld has launched its new Suntrac tracker system at Intersolar, the company has announced. The single-axis tracking system is designed for systems exceeding 500kW and offers low-cost installation as it does not require welding or fabrication. SolarWorld’s tracking system has already being chosen for a total of 26MW of PV projects in California.

“Suntrac expands upon SolarWorld’s legacy of quality and performance-driven innovation,” Kevin Kilkelly, president of SolarWorld Americas, commented. “It offers owners of utility-scale solar projects a reliable, cost-effective, low-maintenance solution for maximizing their power generating potential.”
