    After a successful 2009 that saw sales reach €376.1 million on the back of strong branding in Germany, aloe solar’s former senior executives are now leaving the company after the Bosch takeover moves to its next phase of consolidation. Jakobus Smit, chairman of the management board (CEO), Heiner Willers, COO, and Uwe Bögershausen, CFO, are leaving the company effective March 31. The former executives will continue to make their advice available to the company in future.
