Germany-based MAGE Solar has expanded its management board with the appointment of two new vice presidents. Jan Oliver Kessler has been with the company since 2010 and assumes the role of VP of products and marketing, while Kai Griesenbrock joins the company as VP for quality and purchasing, having departed a similar role at Schott Solar AG earlier this year.
Kessler, a graduate in engineering and business, and Griesenbrock, a physical technology engineer, join the ranks of Markus Schenk, VP for sales and logistics, and Rainer Bienfang, VP for finance and controlling. They will report to Dr. Markus Feil, CEO, and Norbert Philipp, both executive board members of MAGE Solar.
"We have two new vice presidents with Jan Oliver Kessler and Kai Griesenbrock, who will further advance the sustained, strategic growth of our company with their excellent knowledge of the photovoltaic industry and their experience in their respective specialist areas," according to Dr. Markus Feil, CEO of MAGE Solar. "We have taken an important step with the expansion of the management board of vice presidents to be able to operate on international markets promptly and in a targeted manner."
