M+W Group acquires Reliable Plant Solutions

M+W Group has acquired Reliable Plant Solutions GmbH (RPS) which has become a 100%-owned subsidiary.

M+W Group, a German EPC provider, has completed the acquisition of Reliable Plant Solutions GmbH (RPS), a power plant developer with headquarters in Schkeuditz, Germany. Following the takeover, the company has become a 100%-owned subsidiary of M+W Group and has been renamed as M+W Power Solutions GmbH with immediate effect. Its headquarters will remain in Schkeuditz.

Through the acquisition, M+W Group is focusing on energy and environmental technologies as well as providing services for power plants powered by solar and fossil fuels.

The company is now able to offer a full set of EPC services when developing PV projects, from technological and financial evaluation of a project in the concept phase, to design, material procurement and construction.
