Oerlikon Solar appoints Richard Schindler as new CFO

Richard Schindler has joined Oerlikon Solar as its new Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Schindler has held senior management positions in several leading industrial and financial institutions including Alusuisse, Coopers & Lybrand and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Schindler will be responsible for all financial activities of Oerlikon Solar and located in Trubbach (Switzerland) headquarters.

"Mr. Schindler's experience will allow us to safely navigate the company through challenges responding to the growing solar PV market. I am very much looking forward to his contribution to our rapidly evolving organization", commented Jeannine Sargent CEO, Oerlikon Solar.
