CNPV Solar Power has signed a long-term strategic partnership sales agreement with Volthaus to supply 35MW of crystalline-silicon photovoltaic modules over the next three years. The terms of the deal call for the vertically integrated Chinese solar manufacturer to deliver 10MW of modules to the south German project developer/installer during 2010, with the remaining 10MW and 15MW delivered in 2011 and 2012, respectively.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

"Our strategic partnership with Volthaus is a significant success for us in aligning ourselves with a proven multiregional energy developer with growing opportunities in established and emerging photovoltaic markets."
"This new contract will significantly help to grow new projects in markets such as the German, Czech, and Turkish solar markets. The deal marks the second module supply agreement announced recently by CNPV, following a 20MW arrangement signed with Delta Sud.
