Updated: Project developer, S.A.G. Solarstrom has purchased 26MWp of modules from Suntech Power Holdings, primarily for projects already under construction in Germany in the third quarter of 2012. Financial and product details were not disclosed.

S.A.G. Solarstrom said that the new framework agreement signed with Suntech was part of a strategy to expand its supplier base for PV module sourcing. 

Update

Suntech said that the supply agreement included both mono and multicrystalline modules.
