Order Focus: Yingli signs 130MW module deal with IBC Solar

Yingli’s sales books have received a boost with the announcement of a module order from IBC Solar. Under the terms of the agreement, Yingli will ship 130MW of its PV modules during 2010, starting in the first quarter. This order follows hot on the heels of the 51MW module supply deal signed with Payom Solar in early December.

"We are pleased to announce the largest contract in the history of Yingli Green Energy's cooperation with IBC Solar, which is a testament to the strength of the relationships we maintain with our customers," said Liansheng Miao, chairman and CEO of Yingli Green Energy. "This cooperation with IBC Solar, one of the world's largest suppliers of ready-to-use PV systems and all of the individual components for producing solar electricity, will further enhance our representation in major solar markets worldwide."
