Premier Holding and WePower Ecolutions have signed a letter of intent with Skybridge Solar, which would see the companies assuming an equity position between 30-45% in Skybridge. Skybridge is in the midst of developing four early-stage projects in three states with a total potential capacity of nearly 400MW. Projected revenues for the projects are expected to be more than US$1 billion in three years.
