Sopogy’s Series E financing round led by Mitsui

    Sopogy closes Series E funding round.

Concentrating solar thermal technology company Sopogy closed its Series E funding round with global investment company Mitsui as the lead financer.

New investors Southern California Gas Company, 3M and others, additionally participated in Sopogy's preferred stock and warrants offering round. Darren Kimura, president and CEO of Sopogy, stated that the financing would go to support the company’s commercialisation of its solar thermal technologies.
