Two Chinese companies, Winsway and Guangdong East Power, will partner on 200MW of PV projects in Japan, according to news reports.
The Tokyo-based subsidiary of Chinese coal import company Winsway and its compatriot, which makes power management solutions including power supply packs and solar inverters, have signed an agreement to work on the projects together, according to Reuters news agency.

The strategic framework agreement to cooperate means the two companies will work together on the plants during this year and next year. No other details have been announced as yet.
