WAAREE secures another EPC contract for 5MW thin-film solar plant

WAAREE Energies, an Indian PV manufacturer and project developer, has been on a roll in the past few months and has been awarded yet another turnkey EPC contract for a 5MW thin-film PV plant from Taxus Infrastructure & Power Projects Pvt. The location of the project has not been disclosed.

According to the chairman of WAAREE Group, Hitesh Doshi, “WAAREE will be using 52k plus solar thin-film PV modules for this project. We at WAAREE are committed to the most efficient technology and manpower to execute the projects on time and deliver the best to our customers. Timely execution of most complex projects is the specialty of WAAREE. We are very keen to execute this 5MW thin-film project.”

This latest project follows hot on the heels of several other PV projects which WAAREE has been awarded an EPC contract for. In August, the company secured an EPC contract for a 5MW PV plant in Gujarat, India, from Avatar Solar. In July, the company won an EPC contract for a 5.75MW thin-film PV plant in Latur, Maharashtra, India.
