Wagner Solar UK managing director Carsten Pump observed, “The solar market here in the UK, particularly for PV, is entering a turning point with the new FiT. Installers will need to rethink their business models and quality of service and installation will come to the forefront more now, than ever before. We are fortunate to have Jan on board in the UK to help our installer clients with technical troubleshooting and guidance so they are constantly abreast of the best installation techniques. Many in our technical sales team have been trained by Jan so we are excited about the extra value he will bring to our UK operation and moreover the value we can bring collectively to the UK solar industry.”

Commenting on his appointment, Stasik said, “It is hugely exciting to join the UK market in its emerging days, particularly as the market enters the current new stage of development.”
